We spend 3 nights in this apartment, with free parking, garden and nice swimming pool. The host is great and helpful, we have received all info at the arrival. It is situated 15 minutes from Cefalu and very close to the beach, 50 mins to Palermo. You can use a grill and bikes if you want. Even though the house is between a railway and busy street if you close the window you can sleep just fine, there is no big noise.

The house is split in 3 units, you will have 1/3 of the house and garden - this was not mentioned anywhere and unfortunately the other guest had the "nicer part of the garden" reseved for them The kitchen was missing some key equipment, e.g. knife It was quite hot at the arrival, but 2 hours after the AC was on, it had become OK

Lovely garden. Very clean. Friendly host. Nice pool

Other guests were not very friendly and smoked a lot in the communal area around the pool.
