Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und nahe der Bus- bzw. Tramstation nach Venedig. Am allerbesten waren die Tipps von Claudio für den Aufenthalt in Venedig.

Claudio is an amazing host! We were getting late for a scheduled Gondola ride at Venice, He drove us by his car to the tram station in Venice. The property itself is right next to a tram station in Mestre, very approachable to Venice with tram frequency every 10 mins. It’s a beautiful holiday home, 2 big bedrooms with almost all amenities one would expect , in a very calm and quiet area. We had an amazing stay and I can’t recommend enough specifically because Claudio is so compassionate. You will love your stay for sure!

It served a purpose being near airport

Our host Claudio made us feel very at home. He picked us up from airport and advised us on local area and things to see and do in Venice. The house was well equipped and clean with a nice little garden area, air conditioning in the rooms which was good as it was very hot and sticky at the time of our visit. It’s easy to get n and out of Venice on the tram from near the house and the area is quiet and safe.

If the mosquitos like you, come prepared! Thought at the house there were already anti mosquito plugs and candles.

The property was clean well accessible the owner was very nice person he took us from the report and the quality of transfer was very good. He he always helped us and he was really nice person. The location wasgood just one minute to train station the house was clean with all the facilities so I will recommend it.

We spent four nights at Da Irene, and it exceeded our expectations. The house was clean—while not everything was brand new, everything was in good working order. After reading some reviews, we had a few concerns, but we did not experience any of the issues mentioned. We have traveled extensively and met many hosts, but Claudio, the owner of the property, truly stands out as exceptionally kind and caring. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and given a detailed overview of the area, including Venice. Claudio provided helpful information on transportation options, nearby grocery stores, and dining recommendations. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again if we return to the area. The neighborhood felt safe, with a tram stop to Venice just a few minutes away on foot and a Coop grocery store within a 10-minute walk. Parking next to the house was spacious enough to accommodate a large car.
