amazing location right next to a great bar to grab pasta and drinks. morning coffee with a view on the patio. we were a group bikepacking through and they had a garage to lock the bikes in which was perfect. we loved the town and our stay in this unique property!

Convenient central location, with very good trattoria next door. Friendly and helpful hosts who advised us on places to get supper and breakfast. Comfortable room. Suited us well for walking the Via Francigena.

This Is an absolute gem and I feel privileged to have stayed there for 3 nights. It was all so perfect, peaceful and relaxing that I decided to add a third night. Perfect for unwinding after walking the Via Francigena from Lucca. Great help in advance when I enquired on public transport options to get back to Pisa. The casa is amazing .. full of antique gems and set right in the square with a great restaurant right beside it. Fresh local produce available in shops too with great cooking facilities in the casa. I thought there may have been noise from the restaurant but not at all. There's a table and chairs in the sunny garden where I sat and read and enjoyed the views. The house was silent and tranquil and I had great sleep. I arrived tired and left refreshed having enjoyed immensely being part of live in Radicofani for a few days. A beautiful village, full of charm and history and with exceptionally open and friendly people. It would have been worth coming to Italy just to have this one experience.

The flat is really well-located, very cosy and it gave us the real Italian feeling.
