"Would stay again but attention needs to be given to the various issues."

Location was excellent and two balconies a bonus. Apartment was very spacious. Given an extra hour to check out which was much appreciated,

Waited half an hour after agreed time outside property to get keys and received no apology. Kettle didn’t work as couldn’t plug it in, shower fell off the wall and cupboard in bathroom nearly did too. Informed staff when checking out but he didn’t seem very concerned.

Apartment was really nice. It's spacious and modern. We had a lot of place to sleep. It was one of the best stay in Italy.

There was a really loud air conditional, so we couldnt sleep when it was on. Without it it was too hot. When we tried to open windows, there was a big noise from the street (cars/motors/people).
