Es ist ein sehr süßes und gut durchdachtes Ferienhaus, in wunderschöner Lage direkt am Meer. Von der Terrasse und der Anlage aus generell hat man einen unvergesslicher Ausblick - besonders zum Sonnenaufgang! Die Anlage ist sehr hübsch gestaltet, es gibt einen großen Pool (der wenn er geöffnet ist, sicher sehr einladend ist) und einen wunderschönen Zugang zum Meer in einer traumhaften Bucht. Innerhalb des Ferienhauses ist alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und auch hervorragend ausgestattet (besonders die Küche). Es ist sehr sauber. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist überragend! Auch der Gastgeber Guilio macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Er ist immer erreichbar und antwortet super schnell auf Fragen. Er ist auch auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und hat jedes "Problem" schnell gelöst. Einfach wahnsinnig freundlich und zuvorkommend! Innerhalb der Unterkunft sind zwar einige Dinge sind zu beachten, aber alles wurde entweder schon vorab oder in den Unterlagen vor Ort super erklärt, sodass keine Fragen offen blieben. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Da alles in der Unterkunft sehr sorgfältig und liebevoll ausgewählt war, war es etwas überraschend, dass die Stühle in der Küche auf Dauer etwas unbequem waren. Und auch die Bettdecken (großes Laken für zwei Personen und darüber eine ebenso große dickere Decke) waren etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber ich denke letzteres ist auch einfach Geschmackssache. Das waren aber absolute Kleinigkeiten und im Grunde war alles toll!

Super behulpzame host. Prachtige ligging. Het zwembad was gesloten toen wij er waren. Het is verder een goed uitgerust huis met waanzinnig goede waterdruk in de douchd.

Zonder fietsen ben je wel op een auto aangewezen om naar de “bewoonde” wereld te komen, maar dit weet je ook als je de locatie boekt.

Tout était parfait pour des vacances parfaites. Bon emplacement, jolie maison bien équipée. Le propriétaire est très prévenant et sympa.

I would like to leave a fair review of the property so you can make your own decision as to if it meets your needs: 1. The property is part of a complex of apartments/ Condo in a purpose built complex (of around 12/15 Condos), with Car park in front of the property's porch - the only outside area where you can sit in private, 2. Beach/ Sea can be accessed down a flight of stairs in 5 mins - through the car park, garden, then swimming pool, and then stairs - and it is NOT private as stated in the description - everyone from the apartment complex has access to it. 3. The property is about 10 mins drive from the main town on the island, or 25 mins cycle on an eBike. Very nice views from the ride too. 4. Inside, the Condo has one large Kitchen/ Lounge/ Dining area & one bedroom/ bath on the ground floor; and a second bedroom/ bath on the first floor. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people max.

What we did not like about the Condo: 1. The photos, and description of the property makes it sounds like that it is bang on the seaside, giving a feeling that once you are in the property you have sea views, and easy access to the sea. This is not correct, and I would say slightly overzealous advertising. 2. The house itself, I recon was decorated and furnished some 10 years back - everything is old and needs replacing, 3. And my biggest criticism, and advice to the owners is mattresses in both bedrooms - Please change these, as I have not slept in such old and saggy mattresses in all of my 20 years of extensive travelling around the world.

This place was stunningly beautiful. The landscape was extraordinary (now my 8 year old daughter says some words:) "It was amazing climbing the rocks around the sea. They chose a good place to build it. It was amazing to have two or three beaches (papa corrects: access to a million amazing beaches...) The view was amazing, and it was super fun!"

We were a bit sad that the pool was out of season - but it was of course the end of the season. And the sea was perfect for swimming....
