Casa fantastica come arredamento, posizione e comfort. All'interno ci siamo trovati a disposizione diverse bevande e snack di benvenuto. Il proprietario disponibilissimo e puntuale ad ogni evenienza. Cucina nuova con ogni accessorio! Climatizzatori e ventilatori nelle varie stanze, appartamento silenzioso e in soli 2 minuti sei in spiaggia! Non potevo chiedere di meglio per passare qualche giorno di relax con mio figlio🥰. Consigliatissimo! Grazie

Warm welcome by host, who helped with our luggage. Relatively easy to find by car and only a 5 minute drive from the Ferry to Malta. Easy parking. Quiet, residential area. Great cafe within a five minute walk.

La posizione la vicinanza alla spiaggia e ai servizi e la disponibilità dellhost,ci ha fatto trovare acqua fresca in frigo e un dolce x 4 persone buonissimo,ci è venuto anche a prendere alla stazione fs, ottima ersona e ottimo posto,consigliato👍

The apartman is situated in a quite new condomium, with parking possibility. It is situated in an orderly neighbourhood. Our host is a very friendly and attentive man, careing for his guests. He was waiting for us with some desserts which is a gesture that is worth a lot. Pietro, keep up this habit! The apartman is perfect for a family of 4 people. The kitchen is large, bright, and well-equipped. It is within a walking distance of the centre and beach. There are also supermarkets nearby. Pozzallo is a modern city with a close autostrada connection and a good starting point for excursions in the contryside.

One of the rooms has no direct ventilation, that might be less comfortable in summer.

We stayed in Casa Frescura in Pozzallo for 5 nights, and it was a really nice place, quite and clean. I have to highlight absolutely amazing host Pietro, who made this stay unforgettable. Superfriendly and helpful! On the last night in Sicily we were staying in a different city and once we arrived there, we realised that we had left our passports in Casa Frescura. Pietro was so responsive that he offered to bring our pasports to the city where we were staying!!! Many thanks for that!!!! I would recommend it. It feels like staying at a friend's house!

Reasonable price and very friendly owner, who didn’t mind us comming in the late evening and offered late check out. There were groceries waiting for us in a property. The place has beach chairs and umbrella.

The place doesn’t have wifi and unfortunately there is no reception inside. So every time we wanted to have connection with the world we had to go outside. There is very tiny shower and it was leaking, it was raining evening and water was comming from the ventilation and it wasn’t the first time, there is a leak in a bathroom from the ventilation and the doorpost is swollen from water, there was no working tv, no iron in property when we needed it, we used the washing machine and our belingings stinked after using it. The place looks much better on pictures then in reality. There is wrong address of the property in advertisement. There is not enough glasses and mugs for 4 people, no kettle, broken chair.
