Wonderful space to relax, comfortable and cheerfully decorated. Kitchen well equipped to prepare a meal with a dishwasher, kettle and tea and coffee essentials. Beds very comfortable with excellent linens, bathrobes and slippers provided as well. Lovely views of the historic San Biagio temple and Tuscan countryside. Walk uphill to the historic center of Montepulciano while having the convenience of your parking available close by the house.

Absolutely nothing.

After 5 weeks of road-tripping around Southern Italy and staying at many bed and breakfasts and vacation homes, this was by far the best and a perfect way to finish up our road trip before returning to Milan. Located in an old building adjacent the gorgeous Tempio di San Biagio, you feel totally immersed in Montepulciano and Tuscany. The property is wonderfully and eclectically decorated and furnished. My wife and I could spread out, spend some time working remotely, recharge in the comfortable beds, and then hike up the hill to the historic center of Montepulciano for dinner, wine tasting, or the Bravio delle Botti festivities that we were lucky enough to stumble into (last week of August). The kitchen is small but workable, the custom ceramic cups for coffee are cute, and an array of wine glasses are available to enjoy a glass in the comfort of the property. Parking nearby is free and usually very available. Alberto was a kind, engaging host who made us some dinner reservations for the night we arrived and recommended plenty of other sites and businesses.

Busy and festive time so cars and scooters going by at all hours of the night were a bit loud, but a set of ear plugs did the trick. The adjacent church doesn't ring the bell too early or too late, which was a nice surprise.

Fantastic location. Host was exceptionally helpful in helping us to find things to do and answer any questions we had.

There was nothing we did not like about the property.

Alberto's emails prior to arriving and attention throughout stay. He was very accommodating and met us throughout the week we were there. Accommodations were clean, comfortable and excellent location.

We did not understand that one of the two rooms did not have a washroom in the room, rather we had to leave the room. Was not clear in the description when booking.

Nice apartment at the bottom of hill in Montepulciano. It's a 10-15 minute walk up the steep hill to the town, but it's impossible to park in Montepulciano in any event, and it was nice to have free parking near the araprtment. And Alberto is the perfect host. He met us on arrival and on departure and could not have been more helpful.

Alberto is the perfect host and his place is a great base for Montepulciano. I stayed 4 nights, but could haave stayed longer.

Lovely and spacious apartment in a house with character, with all amenities. Impeccably clean. You’ll have the San Biagio church on the doorstep. Peace and quite at night, amazing countryside around you. Sure, you will have to either walk (15 minutes uphill) or drive (3 minutes) to the center of Montepulciano, but what you get in return is well worth it. Plus Alberto as a host - very helpful and welcoming.
