Partiamo dal fatto che la casa è molto pulita!il giardino perfettamente recintanto che per noi che abbiamo i cani è stato perfetto.Nei commenti precedenti avevo letto di gente che si lamentava dell' abbaiare dei cani del vicino, vorrei precisare che la rete del vicino NON confina con la rete della casa, i cani del vicino abbaiano poco e solo quando sentono rumori fuori ed essendo le case piuttosto isolate i rumori fuori sono rari. Inoltre la posizione è a 19 minuti da Gubbio,45 da assisi e Perugia. Noi siamo state a gennaio e facevano 2 gradi ma la casa è perfettamente riscaldata, i termosifoni vanno a bomba meglio di casa mia!! Tutto ottimo!
