Great place close to every thing! Beautiful apartment!!

Eine bessere Lage ist kaum möglich. Gleich im Zentrum. Alles Wichtige ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ana ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Da es leider keinen Parkplatz in der Nähe gab, fuhr Sie mir voraus zu einem Platz, an dem man kostenfrei parken kann, und brachte mich in ihrem Auto zurück. Das gleiche umgekehrt am Abfahrtstag. Ausschlaggebend für die höchste Punktzahl, die ich sehr selten erteile, war die Tatsache, dass Sie mir am Morgen nach dem Ankunftstag das fehlende Kaffeepulver zur Wohnung brachte. Außerdem erhielt ich wertvolle Tipps zur Führung in den Sassis, zu Speiselokal, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, etc.

Das Frühstück war für meinen Geschmack zu sehr in die verpackte und süße Richtung. Das WLAN/Wi-Fi ist sehr schwach und fällt häufig aus. Ich war am Wochenende in Matera, dadurch war es nachts etwas laut, man hörte eine Diskothek in der Nähe (ein Nachteil der zentralen Lage, die Vorteile sind jedoch weit überwiegend).

It is the best location possible. It is a historic home. It is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Anna, the owner, is very nice.

There is nothing we didn’t like.

Excellent location. A 2 minute walk to the nearest Piazza with many cafes and restaurants. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom. Savoury or sweet breakfast available. Anna was extremely helpful with dinner reservations, local knowledge and parking.

Excellent and perfect location on a quiet street on the edge of the Sassi so very easy to get to. Lots of shops and restaurants very close by. Excellent facilities in the property which was spotlessly clean. Host also provided breakfast items, water, fruit and fruit juice on arrival. Very helpful and friendly host on check in.
