Comunicació. La rebuda molt fàcil. Casa amplia i confortable. Molt neta. Ben situada. Anfitrió atent, receptiu, proactiu, amable. Posa les coses molt fàcils.

La cuina no té extractor, doncs no es poden cuinar certes coses que deixin molt fum i olor.
