The property was suitable as it was a base for a tennis tournament. The host was always easy to deal with on mail. Our complaints are not personal but in the spirit of giving you the opportunity to improve services for future guests.

No proper heating, (more suited for the summer season, if letting for the winter you need to provide heating) Hot water boiler is not sufficient for showering and the next person in line has to wait a couple of hours for the water to heat again) One toilet role (now this is really poor to supply just one roll for a four day stay which was extended especially knowing that the nearest shop was miles away. This is in no way acceptable and something which you can remedy in an instant. Saving a few euros but asking your guest to spend 50 euros for a taxi ride to the nearest store to purchase some! Absence of Wi-Fi ( while it is mentioned on the site we did not think for a minute to check as in this day and age Wi-Fi is treated in the same way as electricity and water, an essential)We were told to go outside to the complex gate! And even there we could not get a signal) Fleece was full of dog hair. No proper lighting (just lamps) Really this house is only for three people max. In conclusion what I would say is that when you charge a guest for using your house you have to provide the essentials. If you walk into a shop and buy a bottle of shampoo and when you get home you find it’s only half full? Would you accept that? I think not. So this situation is no different.

Everything was fine. The location was excellent.

Great location to the beach. Cool design of the property. Amazing hosts. Good location to also do some lovely hikes.
