Le Terrazze del Teatro Greco

The property is in immaculate condition and perfectly decorated. It has so much charm and terraces (that’s right 2) are wonderful with incredible views of the sea and Mount Etna. The location is perfect and close to everything. Our host was truly outstanding and always responsive and very helpful with ideas and provided great information for navigating around Taromina. Of interest we were able to be there when there was an eruption of Mount Etna and had beautiful views at night of the eruption

Le Terrazze was a highlight of our trip to Europe! The place was perfect - so much love and attention to detail seen throughout in all of the artwork, pottery, furniture and local Sicilian touches! Perfect location, great view and we really enjoyed the atmosphere in the area. Was super easy to get around everywhere - close to the main shops and close to public transport. Some of our favourite memories in Sicily are on the beautiful balcony which overlooks mount Etna and the sea. And there are two balconies! So we would be switching between them throughout the day. Sara was a super friendly host who went to a lot of effort to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Sara also have some good reviews for restaurants and sites to see! Would 100% recommend this to anyone wanting a special stay in Sicily.

Sarah was an amazing host. She was a good communicator and always checked on us. The property was fabulous and amazing. The best place we have ever stayed. The decor was nice. The apartment was large. The patio and balcony were exceptional with amazing views. The location could not have been better. We highly recommend this apartment and are very happy we stayed here.

Sara and her mother were fantastic...met our car at the edge of the town, walked with us the short (5 minutes) walk to the apartment. Fantastic location, the terrace is to die for and the entire place is exactly as it looks in the photos. They gave us a lot of helpful ideas for dinners, lunches, bars, snacks, etc, and had a nice bottle of red waiting for us in the kitchen. Sara was always available by Whats App for any questions. Her mother and father even offered to drive us down the hill to the Taormina train station, early on the morning of departure. Can't say enough about the family, the apartment and the hospitality.

That we didnt stay longer!!

Great location in the heart of Taormina, nice terraces with one that offers an amazing view of Mt. Etna and the bay, an extremely well-equipped home (everything I could think of was stocked in the house), and a very kind host. I got sick on the last day of the trip, she let us stay several hours past the check out time with no deadline to check out.

View was fabulous. Location was great. Very clean.

We were absolutely blown away by the apartment! Spotlessly clean, with all mod-cons, 3 bathrooms and everything you could possibly need, including washing detergent, beach towels, tea, coffee, wine etc. Elvira arranged an early check in for us and was there to meet us with the keys and to show us round. The weather was glorious so we spent a lot of time on the 2 beautiful terraces. The photos don't do justice to the view. .5 mins to nearest supermarket and taxis, buses at Porta Catania. Lots of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk - we loved La Tavernetta and Giardini di Babilonia which are just down the neighbouring steps. Lovely cafes nearby for breakfast. The main town and Corso Umberto are all on the level from the apartment and the Teatro Greco 5 mins in the other direction - recommend the cafe there at the top of the hill for stunning views. Sara came to collect the rubbish one day with a prior agreement. Maybe worth noting that the apartment is in the centre so there are lots of people around and you can't expect silence. At night with the shutters closed we didn't hear a thing though. We loved Taormina and the apartment definitely improved our stay. I would happily have moved in permanently and we will definitely be back - hopefully next year.
