La casa che abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo era pulitissima e dotati di tutti comfort. Non è presente l'aria condizionata ma il posto è estremamente fresco che non è necessaria. E' presente comunque un ventilatore ma appunto non è stato utilizzato. Ottima la posizione nel centro storico di Noci

Proprietatea a avut toate cele necesare pentru un sejur cu familia iar Francesco a fost foarte amabil. Locația se află la distanțe mici față de zonele turistice precum Polignano al Mare, Bari, Grotte Della Castellana, Zoosafari, etc. ceea ce o face extrem de atractivă.

Mi e' piaciuta la casa perché ben tenuta anche all'interno e anche la posizione centrale in cui e' collocata

Location was nice, the house was super fresh despite being hot outside (without using aircon), the spaces were well organised. Host was kind and gave useful tips and timely answers

we booked for a sofa bed + queen size, but we had the queen size + 2 separate sofa. And were told to book correctly the following time. After showing that I booked correctly, host was willing to set up the sofa bed

Great location - nice bright accommodation - spacious !

No washing powder available for the machine - host did not offer to get any but made it my problem to go buy some - so ended up buying a large container of soap to do 2 loads of washing ! On the first night on trying both TV's neither worked - I messaged him with a photo of the screens - Yes he answered, neither work - someone will check them out Monday .........great, I was only staying until Monday 10h00 - insomnia and NO TV to watch - really ??? We booked this place months ago - he could have addressed it ! Also his main conversation topic on arrival in pure Italian as the English was non existent was ensuring that we be checked out by 10h00 sharp - did not hear another word from him for entire stay until Monday morning at 08h26 reminding us to be out at 10h00 !!!!!!!!!! The double bed was also 2 single bed mattresses - my most irritating sleep ! Piss poor show and manners !!!!!

Everything was great. The accommodation was as shown in the pictures and everything was very clean. The house is very well equipped with all things that you might need and the location is fantastic too

Good location in the old town. Large space inside. Nice layout. Kitchen had most things, including a dishwasher. Comfortable beds.

Lacks outdoor space. No windows so the place feels quite dark. No parking by the property so either need to pay for parking or walk 5 minutes to roads with free parking.
