All was fine

Big apartment with a retro look that we found very charming. It has a large entrance hall , balcony overlooking the sea and terrace to chill and sunbathe plus huge lounge. On the beach. Friendly host with lots of local informations. Lovely shops there get your groceries and enough bars and restaurants to choose from. It was middle of September so it was very quiet.

It was better than expected! An observation The Restaurant light signs next to the apartment it is quite bright..

The area is easily accessible by car from Catania airport, about 1 hr drive, and the baches as well as the historical towns around are very nice. You can walk 2 mins and you are in the sea, so close it is. There is one more quiet and natural beach just about 5 minutes drive from there, down the south, which is adorable.

Parking during the day is not so easy as the beach is busy. Sadly, we had lost our first two days completely due to the proximity to the beach bar, as during the first day, there was an extremely loud birthday party until almost 2 pm, so it ruined the whole first day and turned us all into grumpy zombies for the next day due to lack of sleep. It's not too good if you have just one week's holiday. The house owner does not invest in the kitchen very much, and the shower drain was really clogged. You hear, although limited, noise from the bar/pizzeria next doors in beach-sided rooms, and the road noise in the second bedroom.

It was spacious and comfortable. The location was close to the beach, restaurant, pharmacy and grocery.

Details… We had to take short shower because of the drain was slow but we had a lot of hot water so it was fine. It would have been exceptional if the roof top had comfy chairs and umbrella because the view was amazing.

Well appointed villa in lovely, quiet location near to long, sandy beach.

All good. Only suggestion - could do with some kitchen scissors!

Close to the sea. A Terasse on the top with a wonderfull view over the sea. A washingmachine for cloths! The big living room, with a small balcony

Parking on the street easy at night, but during daytime it as better not to use the car, to many people coming to bath with a car. The for ever closed Minimarket (The host told us we could shop there... he surely new this was wrong).
