The location is simply amazing, right at the nicest beach and close to the Main Street where all the bars and restaurants are located. The hosts were very attentive and gave us a parking spot on our arrival.

The shower in the bathroom was very small and got immediately clogged, which drowned the whole floor if you left the shower on for more than 5 minutes. Also, if you’re a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend this place since the noises from the ocean and neighbors/outside people were very intense.

Location is the best in Selinunte. On the beach with fabulous views on the Archeological Park

Excellent location, you can literally reach the sea from your balcony. Welcome and nice host, spacious apartment. A lot of good restaurants around.

Young people making parties against windows till around 4AM every night :( Nothing wrong with the property, but just being close to the sea, be ready to participate in every night party on the beach (except raining days).

Great location, right on the beach and on edge of town. Bars and restaurants right outside. But not noisy. Amazing views of the sea and beach from the balcony. Host very helpful. Good communication via email and met us on arrival. Apartment easy to find. Small kitchen but everything you need to cook a meal..Fab.

WiFi is not great if that's important to you. OK for one device in the apartment. Outside area could do with some fresh paint. But I'm nick picking.... All good.

The location was fine, however, the information provided by the owners was deceiving. The property was three blocks away from the given address, no number at the main gate. The property was very clean and about 15 meters from the ocean.

We feel the photos are deceiving as the show mainly the second floor balcony...our apartment was on the main floor, and our terrace was a slab of concrete on the sand, and the "courtyard" was the passageway for everybody in the building, no privacy. The outdoor furniture was old, flimsy and should be replaced.

functional but lacked comfort. beds and pillows hard and hard wooden seats without cushions at table. kitchen poorly equipped - no decent knives for preparing food. no scissors no oven dishes. no bin. no mixing bowls no extras. the outside terrace was large but needed painting and the balustrade was very wobbly.

The apartment is right on the water's edge on a beautiful sandy beach. From the balcony it was possible to see the acropolis on the headland at Selinunte. We were met by the host, who saw that we were properly settled in. He was able to answer our queries and gave recommendations to some excellent nearby restaurants.

as I'm allergic and the building is not new I had some issues with that (sneezing), quite hard beds
