The washing machine did not work, the cycle went for over 12 hours all through the night, was incredibly loud. We were worried as no washing machine has ever gone for that long so turned it off and messaged the host. The host initial message implied this happens regularly and the appliance is an issue, even though there was no instructions or warning. The host attended the apartment whilst we were out to fix the machine and in the process our clothing has been damaged, to the point it had to be thrown in the bin as it has multiple rips and holes. We questioned how this happened and the host was incredibly rude and blames us for breaking the washing machine. We then were told not to use the washing machine, and were not offered any apology/compensation for the damage of our clothing. We stayed for 4 nights so were without washing facilities and had our clothes stuck in a washing machine for 2 days and came out smelling and soaking wet. The apartment was otherwise not very clean, the air conditioning did not cool the apartment properly and the sink plug also became blocked when used. Would not recommend staying here, I have never been spoken to so poorly by a host.

Ottima posizione, due bagni di cui uno con una doccia molto grande, due camere da letto.

Purtroppo la parte meno gradevole è la scalinata stretta e ripida nella quale si ha un po’ di difficoltà nel transito con e senza valige.

Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia, szczególnie kuchnia, łazienka i Czystość niby wypranych białych ręczników. Kilka rzeczy powinno się naprawić, wymienić, np drzwi w łazience nie zamykają się, prysznic mniejszy cieknie i drzwi nie chcą się przesuwać. Kwestia śmieci nie rozwiązana, ale chyba całe Trapani tonie w śmieciach. Jedna klimatyzacja tylko w kuchni, przy dużych upałach sypialnie i salon duszne i gorąco. Pani zostawiła dla 4 osób resztkę ręcznika papierowego i 2 i pół rolki toaletowego na cały tydzień. Jak poprosiłam o doniesienia to tłumaczyła ze prawo włoskie zabrania jej zostawić więcej bo to nie hotel, a przecież to kwestia po prostu zadbania o swoich gości. O schodach z opisu wiadomo ale jak ktoś ma problem z mobilnością to na prawdę jest ciężko

Very clean and beds very comfortable

The apartment is in the central part of Trapani just a few blocks away from the main street and also, just in front of the Port from where day trips depart. Valeria, the owner is really friendly and gave us a lot of tips to enjoy the city and surroundings. The apartment itself is ok, and good value for money.

The A/C was not properly working and we contacted Valeria who was prompted to assist us. However it was not possible to solve the issue during our stay and we had to rely on keeping the windows open which still left the apartment pretty warm. Apart from that everything was ok and we thank Valeria for everything!

we had an issue with the water pressure disappearing after inadvertantly pressing a switch - hosts very helpful to rectify but maybe alert guests to the important switch on arrival as we discovered it not only impacted our apartment but the entire building! we went to a restaurant our hosts recommended outside the old town and wished we hadn't, food was disappointing and no ambiance ( the cous cous restaurant). Bit of a strange layout in the living room - we had to shift the dining table across in order to watch some Netflix on the tv. Several narrow flights of stairs to access the apartment but we did know that in advance and hosts very helpful to carry our luggage up for us on arrival.
