Great location....once you've learned where you are as the Sassi (old town) is made up of thousands of small paths, stairs, hidden treasures. Many amenities provided for breakfast, beverages, etc. The rooms are beautifully renovated. Lots of space. Great hot water & excellent water pressure in showers. Much larger than what you will find in most of Europe as a tourist. [If you have large luggage or are elderly or in less desirable health you will want to arrive in town prior to 10AM or after 8PM (otherwise cars forbidden in the old town district) so that you can drive into the old town area closer to the apartment to drop luggage as the steps up & down are significant from outside of the old town. If you have a smaller bag it won't be an issue.]

The location is perfect, also a very romantic stay.

Lage, Ausstattung und Service 100% - besser geht es wahrscheinlich nicht. Balkon mit direktem Blick auf Sassi. Top modern eingerichtetes Zimmer direkt im Zentrum.

Siamo stati accolti dalla host gentilissima e premurosa che ci ha anche inviato un video che mostrava il percorso dal parcheggio alla struttura, una premura che abbiamo apprezzato. La struttura è stata veramente all’altezza delle aspettative e ha reso il soggiorno a Matera magico. Nella stanza abbiamo trovato l’occorrente per la prima colazione poiché la struttura non fornisce il servizio colazione, ma c’erano sia le capsule per il caffè che vari tipi di brioche. La vasca idro-massaggio è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Esperienza top!

Mi è piaciuto tutto, giusto qualche dettaglio che avrei curato di più ma solo per rendere l’esperienza maggiormente piacevole. Per esempio abbiamo riscontrato un po’ di problemi di condensa, ma che sicuramente sono da imputare al tipo di ambiente non di certo alla gestione della struttura in sé.
