A modern and comfortable property. Located in the historic center’s pedestrian area, it sits within walking distance of numerous restaurants and venues. An ideal location for those wishing to discover Cagliari in its entirety. Marianna was a wonderful host, very helpful and proactive with tips!

"Tof stadje en een mooi verblijf"

Locatie was zeer goed. Vlak bij openbaar vervoer en midden in de restaurant-buurt. Dus handig om iets te eten te vinden. Calgiari is niet groot, dus alle toeristische troeven zijn vlakbij. Het verblijf was ruim genoeg met een prachtig terras. Voldoende servies etc. aanwezig

De Bialetti (moka-pot). Deze is klein (slechts 2 espresso-tasjes) en is NIET bruikbaar op de inductie-kookplaat. Ik zou dan ook de eigenaar willen aanraden om een deftig model te kopen.

"Very enjoyable and relaxing holiday, would definitely go again"

Location wise, excellently situated for all you need, beaches, restaurants, bars. City beach accessible via bus (stop very close by and very low charge for day ticket. Same with train, 10 min walk and 10 min train ride back to airport.

Only very slight noise from restaurant nearby if you have young children but usually all done by 11pm.

Very nice place with an extraordinary location, extra plus för rooftop with a grill and beautiful seaview.

A townhouse with several floors, not the best if you have small kids or problems with stairs.

Fantastic location and plenty of space for a family. Easy check-in and very organised. Great communication from webhosts. Would have liked a bit more time in the city so we could kick back and enjoy the lovely roof terrace.

The stairs are very steep, open-backed, spiral and narrow - almost impossible to get a big suitcase up them safely. We kept ours in the kitchen. We also found the space completely cluttered with ornaments, chandeliers and wall hangings… it was a bit stifling to sit amongst it all. Also didn’t like that the vent from the downstairs loo fed directly into the living/kitchen space! Finally, the master bedroom needs its own Aircon so you don’t have to sleep with the door open… which makes sleeping difficult because you have to keep a light on the stairs if you are staying here with children.
