Casa Luna - Airport

Convenient for rail station and buses. It had everything we needed and a supportive host.

It was clean. Had all the amenities and close to city centre.

Very convenient location 5 minutes walk from airport and 15 minute walk to Central Station. Excellent communication from Linda regarding self check-in Clean apartment with comfortable bed.

Shower unit rather small

WOW what a wonderful lady Linda is, such a nice and open person, she helped us with everything we needed during our stay, all questions were answered immediately. She gave us lots of great recommendations on where to go and what to visit, as well as great recommendations on where to eat. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, everything was sparkling clean and you will have everything you need during your stay, and it is also close to the airport and the city center of Pisa. it is located in a quiet neighborhood. All in all, if you plan to visit Pisa, this is really the best apartment to stay in :-)

It was clean and very close to the airport

The owner seemed to have thought of everything, there is a storage room with many useful items. We booked early and the price was good. Before traveling, we considered paying more and get more space, but Luna had enough space for our stay. The sofabed was easy to convert into a good sized double bed, just pull.

The location was perfect, 10 minutes walk from the airport and 15 into town. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped, it had everything you needed for your stay. Linda met us at the property and was very welcoming. I would definitely go back and will be recommending it to anyone planning to visit pisa.

This property was very convenient to walk to and from the airport (10 mins). Linda the host was there to meet us and hand over the keys. She had kindly left us a bottle of chilled wine and water in the fridge. She was able to communicate with us in English and had provided an English guide book about the flat/area. She helpfully sent me a taxi phone number when i got in touch with her during our stay. She was a kind, caring, communicative host. The property was very clean witn bedding and towels provided etc. Large comfortable bedroom with plenty of storage. Parking was limited. There was no aircraft noise at night despite the location which was good. The photos of the property were an accurate representation. It was very hot when we stayed but 2 tall oscillating fans were provided. Note: Being a city property it was a bit noisy to leave the windows open at night for air (no air con). We didn't cook at the property but there were appliances/crockery/utensils to do so. We didn't eat locally so I can't comment on the restaurant/cafes nearby. Useful to have the small garden space with outside table/chairs. Note: Tourists should be aware this is a residential area close to the airport and not too far from the train station. To get to the shopping district it was about a 20 to 30 min walk. The Leaning Tower was a taxi ride away. Approx 13 to 14 euros. To walk would have taken 45 mins (maybe an hour) not 20 to 30 minutes as I had read in a previous review.

My only negative was that the neighbours were a little noisy at times and there was a bit of noise quite late at night. It was very hot but we had to close the windows to sleep. The shared refuse and recycling bins were just outside the property and were used late at night. But this is a city apartment so the noise is possibly to be expected.

The location of apartment is really convenient. Near the airport, station, shops and great pizzeria. We are happy to have wonderful holidays in Pisa. Thank you Linda!
