It was a nice place to stay and I am very satisfied with our time there. There are few things I want to mention as a clue for next guests: ☆The light for the bathroom is OUTSIDE the bathroom. The switch INSIDE is for the water boiler, so make sure you keep it on if you want to have warm water and hot shower. ☆ We visit the place in February, so the temperature inside upon our arrival was 11°, but after switching on the pellet heater it became comfortable after few hours. Our host has kindly arranged additional supply of pellets, when we went through the storage in house. To use the heater just press ON and wait for 5-7min until it will flame. As the pellets inside may occassionaly get stuck, when the heater starts beeping showing the error, just shuffle the pellets inside and restart the heater. ☆ The shutters outside should be kept fixed to prevent flappping. See the picture. ☆ The parking is remote (400-500 m from the house), but you can offload your luggage at the small square at the entrace to the village. In winter the parking seems to be free as no parking automate was functioning. ☆ The beach consists of big rocks, so if you want more comfortable surface, take a train to Montarosso or to Riomagggiore. ☆ The best place to watch the sunsent is a terrace at the end of the village. The view is superb.

Location, they allowed early check in, friendly, and really beautiful apartment with view - would definitely stay again!

There was no aircon in the bedroom, although the aircon from the kitchen/diner was strong enough to help with the temperature. Bathroom is a bit out of date and very small shower, but very clean.
