La pulizia e il comfort dell'appartamento, la presenza di un terrazzino dove poter consumare i pasti in modo tranquillo, la posizione strategica dell'alloggio per poter visitare il caratteristico quartiere di Ortigia, la gentilezza del proprietario che, anche se da remoto, ha fornito indicazioni precise ed è sempre stato presente chiedendo come stesse andando il soggiorno

Very beautiful, cozy, and clean apartment. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay - kitchen, dishes, lots of natural light, and a lovely terrace. The location is wonderful, right in the heart of Ortigia. We really loved the atmosphere and style of the apartment.

La terrasse (attention pas privative partagée avec 3 autres logements)

La cuisine ne fonctionnait pas ni four ni plaque a gaz. La propriétaire ne répond pas aux messages. Des électriciens sont venus dans l'appartement alors que nous n'étions pas au courant et de surcroît sous ma douche. La propriétaire ne répond pas et ne cherche pas a résoudre les problèmes.

Have completely fallen in love with Ortigia! Brilliant location right in the heart of the old town, a few steps from the sea, duomo and many eateries. Lovely large terrace with sun in the morning and shade later in the afternoon. Shared between 3 apartments but we had it to ourselves. Also an airer for washing (no plug for the kitchen sink though!). Apartment was clean, large fridge freezer, TVs in living area and bedroom, aircon worked really well even in high summer heat. Elena was friendly and efficient. There were coffee pods and sugar sachets, but the kitchen could do with a few of the cheap extras usually found - maybe a welcome bottle of water in the fridge for the weary traveller (especially as tap water not drinking water), salt, pepper, oil, vinegar are usual standards elsewhere.

Wifi was dreadful and barely worked over the week. The tap water isn’t drinking water in this apartment, which I haven’t come across elsewhere in Italy for many years. No kettle. The bed was not comfortable and had badly fitting sheets that rode up during the night, including a noisy and sweaty plastic one.
