Прекрасная квартира, просторная, удобный матрас

Кажется, хозяин был здесь очень-очень давно, квартира очень запущена, дверная ручка оторвана, сантехнику в ванной нужно отремонтировать. Слив в раковиной не работает, ванная протекает. Розетки все в плохом состоянии. Хозяин бросил квартиру, очень жаль.

La ubicación. Al lado de la estación del tren, del puerto y del centro.

El apartamento no estaba limpio (ver fotos). Los armarios y cajones desordenados. La mampara de la ducha no cerraba bien. Se salía el agua
