Matera è una città bellissima, questo alloggio consente di soggiornarvi e raggiungere i sassi in pochi minuti. Noi abbiamo preferito utilizzare la macchina ma la passeggiata può essere fatta a piedi. Vicino a un supermercato, un parco giochi, farmacia , bar, insomma in una zona fornita. Presente il posto auto sotto casa

Comodo il chek in a distanza. Il proprietario ci ha dato istruzioni chiare ed è stato molto disponile. Buona la posizione, si arriva a piedi nella zona dei sassi facendo una tranquilla passeggiata di 10/15 minuti circa. Comodo parcheggio sotto casa. Possibilità di farsi il caffè.

This apartment is more or less totally okay. The location is good, you need 10-15min by walk to the center. It's in quite part of the city, accross the stadium. Parking is right in front of the door and there are planty parking spaces. Also, the flat is clean. Communication wirh the host was easy, as check-in and check-out also.

Everything except the bed in the bedroom is older but good preserved. What I didn't like is there were stricly one thing per person. One bag of shower gel, one coffee, one croassant... Honestly, nobody wants to bring to their home these things. Feel free to put more facilities, it will leave better impression. It is 300 degreese outside, I will take shower more than once for sure, even if I am spending one night there. Also, there is no wi-fi. Overall, the flat is not bad for one night stay but needa improvements.
