Dziękujemy właścicielom mieszkania za umożliwienie przedłużenia pobytu do godzin wieczornych, mimo kolejnej rezerwacji mieszkania. Spędziliśmy w Brindisi i okolicach bardzo spokojny tydzień. Odespaliśmy zaległości. Ruch samochodowy nie jest uciążliwy o czym było w niektórych komentarzach. Wygłuszenie drzwi jest dobre. Lokalizacja mieszkania jest bardzo dobra, blisko portowy deptak. Blisko do restauracji i barów. Sklep spożywczy - 40-50 m.

L'apartament és elegant i molt bonic. Hi ha molta feina de disseny i de rehabilitació que fa de l'espai un lloc confortable

El segon llit de matrimoni és un sofà llit, que òbviament no és tan còmode com un llit. Ho haurien d'especificar a l'oferta. Per altra banda l'utillatge de cuina-menjador és més aviat escàs.

We loved how attentive the host was! Great communication and very helpful with anything we needed! Our super host Milto even arranged for a taxi to pick us up at 4:00 AM to bring us to the airport! We love the classic architecture with all the arches and vaulted ceilings it gave us the old world feel, but it was very modernly furnished and very comfortable! Super nice kitchen area with everything you would need to prepare a large meal, refrigerator, microwave and electric stove worked great! Two great bathrooms with huge showers and mood lighting on top of that! Excellent location close to the waterfront and near the old town, great museums, and the train station is in a manageable walking distance from the apartment! Milto presented us with a delicious bottle of red wine, coffee maker, and lots of little snacks to munch on! Out of the other five places we stayed in Pulia, this was absolutely the best! We can’t wait to return and stay in here again!👍💕🥰

We cannot think of one thing that we didn’t like!

Wat een prachtig ruim appartement. Heel mooi ingericht. Geweldige badkamers. Er stond een fles wijn en water in de koelkast voor ons klaar. En verder wat extra keukenspullen zoals toast etc. Op booking stonden 2 ruime tweepersoonsbedden vermeld. 1 bleek echter een bedbank te zijn. Er was een leuk zitje buiten. Buiten stond ook de wasmachine in een apart hok. Toe het even niet lukte om Netflix op te starten heeft Host Milto ons direct geholpen. Op warme dagen blijft het heerlijk koel. Wat ook top is is de locatie, dichtbij de haven en diverse fijne restaurants. Restaurant Diecimiglia is een absolute aanrader.

Het was super dus niets viel echt tegen. De deur naar het terras gaat wat moeilijk open, maar uiteindelijk lukte dat. Ook de vaatwasser opent zwaar. Maar dit zijn kleinigheidjes tov het totale comfort. Wat we wel misten was het daglicht. Dit wisten we echter vooraf. Het is gewoon ff wennen. Daar staat wel tegenover dat het heerlijk koel blijft. Als je bij vertrek de airco uitzet is het bij terugkomst nog steeds heerlijk koel. Het bed was wat hard maar dat ligt aan wat je gewend bent.

Auf den ersten Blick war die Unterkunft schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral.

Leider gab es Ungeziefer (Schaben/Kakerlaken). Wir konnten nicht schlafen und dort auch nicht kochen, weil wir uns geekelt haben. Wie wir am zweiten Tag feststellten, kamen diese aus einem der beiden Badezimmer in der Unterkunft und nicht, wie der Gastgeber anfangs behauptete, von draußen (habe sich wohl eine verirrt). Der Gastgeber hat dann zwar eine Putzkraft geschickt, aber das Problem blieb. Der Gastgeber konnte das nicht lösen, wir haben ihn mehrfach kontaktiert. Er meinte, er wisse selbst nicht mehr weiter. Nach drei Tagen bot er eine Ersatzuntetkunft an, die jedoch ca 40 Km entfernt, mitten im Nirgendwo sein sollte, Fotos von der Ersatzuntetkunft konnte er uns nicht zeigen. Das alles war nicht sehr Vertrauen erweckend, sodass wir uns nicht getraut haben, zu wechseln. Wir haben dann frühzeitig und fluchtartig die Unterkunft einen Tag früher verlassen, vorher haben wir aufgrund des hohen Feiertages in Italien nichts gefunden. Wir hatten eine furchtbare Zeit. Der Gastgeber war der Auffassung, nicht verantwortlich zu sein. Wir haben ihn zu Erstattung des Gezahlten aufgefordert, dies wollte er tun, aber er blieb bis zuletzt uneinsichtigt und meinte, die Gemeinde Brindisi sei verantwortlich. Die Erstattung haben wir bisher (25.08.2025) nicht erhalten.
