Amazing location — easy walking access to Bellagio town and water views, parking

Your add says you are .3 of a mile from the ferry port but it did not explain how difficult the walk was with bags!

This accommodation exceeded our expectations. Sabina is lovely and met us with the keys and showed us around. Spoke with little English but enough we could all communicate. Andrea was super helpful. I asked many questions 😂 loved the accommodation, loved Bellagio. Definitely recommend … you have to love walking and climbing steps! 😁

There was very little we did not like. Being hyper critical, maybe not having the second bunk made up but we sorted that and no major issue. No cloths or sponges for sink. That said in the grand scale of issues, these were minuscule!

Fabulous location, can see part of lake from bedroom, can hear lake water at night. Small beach 20metres away, perfect for swimming and sunbathing. Close to centre of Bellagio, but tucked in quiet corner. Great garden and perfect for outdoor eating. Very well equipped kitchen and cottage. Private parking.

Bathroom a bit small for 4 people

clean, large and comfortable and private.

for those with mobility issues, can be problematic walking to Bellagio centre.

Lovely location quiet 2 minutes to small beach quieter than Bellagio but within easy reach although a bit of a climb to reach

When you reach Bellagio by ferry there are no taxis the walk to the cottage is hilly but short and if not fit you wouldn’t make it walking with cases ,something has to be done about that
