The villa surrounded by lush vegetation is located in the most exclusive area of Mondello, just a few minutes' walk from the town's superb beach. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, furnished outdoor terrace. The decorations are tasteful and benefit of the vibrant colors of Sicily. In addition, there is another outdoor terrace with a washing machine and space for drying clothes. In conclusion, everything was wonderful. Thank you Silvana.

Beautiful place, me and my daughter loved staying there and are hoping to come back not only is the place big and cozy we felt very welcomed and at home thanks to the wonderful host, í fully recommend staying there if youre ever in Mondello..

15 minutes walk to the free entrance part of the actual beach. 10 minutes walk to the beach front.   Clean and well maintained property.     Owner and son texted us from useful tips about local restaurants and walks.   Landlord was able to respond to our queries very quickly as they live next door. Using with the shared balcony, owner is able to walk into our side of the balcony and into the property. This way the owner helped us with the fuse that triped causing the hot water and the hob to stop working, after making a few calls.   They provided free coffee pods and lots of herbal teas which were very good.

Driveway is a bit tricky as it is long one with no space to reverse between 4 cars parked inside. So the only way out was to reverse back through the long driveway.   Access to the property was using the stairs only, as the property is on the 1st floor.   Can smell pet whilst sitting on balcony, not to mention the barking at 10pm!   Balcony furniture did have cushions which made it a hard to sit there for long. We were told it was removed as there was rain in the forecast.   Owner had messaged us on the previous day reminding that we need to checkout precisely at 10am and then called on the checkout day at 9:30am asking for the keys, which we felt was a bit pushy!

Exceptional location, very exotic garden, close to the beach, large rooms, great beds, great terrace and AC in every room. Nice lady owner, very approachable. Parking in the yard. Beautiful villas arrounnd.
