Maria is a very nice and helpful person. There are two apartments, one with the sea view (upper one), and one downstairs with a pool table. The apartment is very clean, AC works very good (all the rooms have AC), full equipped kitchen, location is nice, Ortega Island is 15 min. Thank you Maria! :)

The sea view, the calm neighborhood and the easy access to all the attractions around Syracuse.

There is no air circulation in the bathroom.

Great views over water towards Ortigia. Easy parking out front. Easy flat 10 minute walk to Ortigia.

Great location with joyful sea views across to Ortigia. Spacious and very well equipped apartment with free parking within a couple minutes walk. Host was most kind,helpful and informative and made our stay very enjoyable. Given the location and facilities it offered really great value for money. Great outdoor markets and restaurants within 15 minutes walk and fantastic archaeological sites within 30 minutes walk. A really great choice for a short break.

The little beach area in front of the apartment is privately owned. (There is however a little public rocky area of access to the sea just beside it)

The apartment is great and in an excellent location.
