Tutto perfetto, siamo stati accolti dalla signora Antonella ancora prima dell' arrivo,guidati nelle indicazioni fino alla casa che è tenuta come un gioiello, molto accogliente,pulita e provvista di tutto quello che serve. Il posto è incantevole e c'è tanto da vedere anche nelle vicinanze,si sta a contatto con la natura e c'è un gran senso di pace... davvero molto consigliato...spero di tornare

La vista della casa

We didn't like anything due to the bad experience got renting that house

We where 5 hours drive a part to the house, 2 hours before our arrival we got a call from the house manager saying that the tap of bathroom sink was not working and they couldn't fix it, we decide anyway to continue our paid trip, once we arrived, the house was really cold, there was an air conditioning to warm it but it wasn't enough, the woman waiting for us showed the house and then showing the bathroom, I noticed there was no sink, at my question where we wash our hand after toilet, she answered to use the shower, and for this she said I will give you 40 euro back but do not contact booking.com, I refused the money. We were very tired, the house was very cold and asked to turn on the heating system that was present but not working. So the landlord turned on, finally the heaters. We slept, but in the morning, other surprises, no hot water, we couldn't take a shower, and no gas for the stove, we couldn't cook our breakfast, (the provided breakfast was ridiculous, only sweet small cakes packed). I tried to contact the landlord no answer for more than 1 hour, so I called the booking customer service saying to leave the apartment soon, we couldn't stay anymore. The customer service was helpful and we will get the reimbursement of the second night, which we booked too. It was supposed to be a nice S. Valentine's Day surprise for my wife. I guess she will never forget this experience.

In una delle case mancava il lavandino nel bagno. La persona che ci ha accolto ha detto che mancava da tempo e che avremmo dovuto usare il lavandino della cucina. Nel mese di gennaio la casa è stata fatta trovare fredda e senza riscaldamenti accesi. Il termosifone del bagno non era funzionante La persona che ci ha accolto è stata scortese e poco disponibile Siamo venuti con un bambino di pochi mesi e, nonostante avessimo avvisato, ci hanno fatto trovare tutti questi problemi senza scrupoli. Una pessima esperienza, non consigliato assolutamente. Uno dei letti dell’appartamento germano reale non aveva una coperta adeguata al periodo. L’appartamento germano reale puzzava di chiuso

Appartamentino ristrutturato che non ha perso la sua identità rupestre. Vista stupenda. Situato sulle sponde di un laghetto "riserva naturale" risulta essere una location tranquilla e rilassante. Piacevole accoglienza della disponibile host. Ottima la pulizia. Considerevole il servizio noleggio bici gratuito

Colazione essenziale, pompelmi ottimi per una premuta. Consiglierei di arricchirla magari con qualche marmellata.
