Très bon emplacement, spacieux...

Petit déjeuner qui est très très très light

Alloggio molto confortevole, pulito e dotato di tutti i servizi necessari con parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Centro raggiungibile a piedi, host super disponibile e attento alle esigenze. Consigliatissimo!

The accommodation is comfortable and clean with all the amenities you could need for your stay. It is a short walking distance to the old town which makes it perfect for exploring Matera. The host was helpful and friendly.

The place was in a good location, close to the Sassi (the old part of town) so we could walk there and a supermarket just up the road. We managed to find a carpark around the corner. The host is good with communicating with us

It is right on a main street which produces a lot of loud noise especially at night time. The living area is confined to the kitchen however the bedroom is very large

My bedroom was nice, comfortable and spacious.

The property is on an extremely busy, noisy street, very far from historical center. The tv is so small that is unenjoyable. The breakfast is next to nothing. According to my contract with booking.com the owner should have been present at my arrival since I don't have a smartphone. He was a no show. Luckily the friendly next door restaurant's waiter helped me out.
