Posizione strategica per area archeologica, castello, borgo e ristoranti e mezzi pubblici Tranquillità assoluta Il proprietario Luca è gentilissmo e disponibilissimo La casa ha tutto quello che serve per una breve vacanza! Very nice owner, apartment in interesting historic complex of buildings 2 minutes walk from Ostia Antica archeological park

No dedicated parking so if you have lots of luggage, be aware you might need to look around to find a spot.

Appartamento arredato con gusto e pulizia impeccabile. Host molto cortese e disponibile.

The location has a great vibe being on a historical site with cafes around. Unique interior, neat views out the windows.

For me I am sensitive to smells and the laundry soap and cleaning products used here were so strong I had trouble sleeping even after leaving the windows open a long time and running the fans. Another fix that would have helped me, the host provided the entry code only once I arrived and sent ID. If I had any technical issues I would not have been able to get in, so it would provide more peace of mind to get the code a little sooner. Now, I did have a late arrival so maybe this is only relevant to that case. Of course - these could be fixed so this would be a great stay with those changes.

As with real estate, all is about location and this one is perfect for anyone who wants to visit Ostia Antica. Room is fine for 2, decor is rather foolproof from the swedish blue and yellow furniture giant and this old structure deserves a gentle touch of style, both in style and mangement. As with more and more rooms or holiday lets, the structure has got nothing to do with the good old trade of hospitality. Luca and I had a rather unpleasant discussion in quite the wrong tone wheras any luggage desposit was possible. As if asking for the keys of the Tower of London .. who did i think i was? Pure stress to leave in a different way than planned made me forget to pay the tourist tax: ‘Per quanto riguarda la tassa di soggiorno? Non hai lasciato neanche quella? Oh dear whatever happened to class ? classe non è aqua 20 euro in banknotes will be sent to Ostia Antica to the B&B address as confirmed. Bellissima struttura, e' una dimora da sogno, quando entri la cura dei dettagli lascia davvero il segno. Luca e' stato gentilissimo. Check in perfetto.
