Il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha fornito di tutte le informazioni per soggiornare dai locali ai bar. Il paese di Laterza è tranquillo e con molte comodità vicino a tante mete turistiche come Matera, Altamura.

This was our second stay, and we hope to return again. Everything was exceptional—the comfortable beds and sofa, the fully equipped kitchen, the superb bathroom—all in a great location with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. From Laterza, we easily visited by car Matera, Altamura, Bari, Lecce, and many charming small towns in between. Francesco was, once again, very helpful.

"What a great place to stay in the old town area of Laterza"

This apartment is modern inside an old building, clean and fully stocked with everything one needs. The rooms are spacious and the windows have quality bug screens as well as shutters to block out light. The host warmly welcomed us and provided helpful local tips including pointing us to the best focaccia in Italy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment, and would stay here again in a second! We actually tried to extend our stay, but other people had already booked it out….good for them!

Loved the location, nice neighborhood, close walking distance to coffee shops, pharmacy

A few flights of stairs to the apartment, we overpacked, so will be smarter about that in the future.
