Perfect location, modern spacious and very clean apartment with all amenities

Very close to kite spot. Big and comfortable. Good contact with owner. Very good place if you come for kitesurfing. NIce terrace when you can eat. Private parking for free. I really recommned this place

It would be great if it is dishwasher and umbrella to the beach

We had several problems with electricity. First there was a short on the street,than a short or fault at the kitchen.I had the power off in the kitchen for 20 hours before the host answered me. I figured out myself that the plug in the kitchen was faulty,by than my food was warm in the fridge. The water is supplied with a super loud water pump,comes on every morning at 5:30am till 7:30 for the grass and everytime you take a shower. I woke up every morning to the pump,and its not continuous ...it's on off on off... There is no microwave,no vent duct for the kitchen. Tv's are very small and maybe 5 channel, all italian. Mosquito nets have several holes. The host wanted to charge me cleaning and tax after I already paid them.(booking.com)

Brand buildings. Perfect location to walk to the kite spots in 5- 7 minutes. Large outdoor space to relax and hang kite equipment to dry. Shared washing machone available as well as free parking spots right next to the house. Staff was friendly and readily available.

Great location, close to kite spots. accommodation was very clean, all in great condition, and plenty of space inside and outside (as well to clean kitesurfing gear). Cristina and Giorgia were really welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend!

Internet speed could be faster.

The apartament is new, well equipped and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and always answered our needs. The house is situated in a very quiet area, far from shops so car or bicycle is really needed! Wine yards and nature are really beautiful around the house. Great spot for kiters - all schools and kite spots are very close - 3-5 min. walk :)

The air conditioner in the main room does not allow to rest and sleep on the couch. Had to be turned off. The kitchen should be equipped with such things as sugar, salt, oil, etc., so that tourists who come just for few days do not have to buy kilograms and liters of basic things :(

We stayed there with a couple of friends and really enjoyed our stay at La Posidonia. Check-in and check-out were super easy and the appartement was well equipped and has 2 lovely terraces. 5 min walking distance to the kitesurfing spot and beach bars/restaurants. However a car is highly recommended to access supermarkets etc.

It is a bit tight for 8 persons but still manageable.
