Una de las camas no tenía sábanas hay que pedirlas si usas el sofá cama y con tiempo si no ya no te la dan ese día. A pesar de ese incidente lo pasamos super bien

The owner was very aggressive and was yelling continuously in Italian, because i was too early and just politly asked him if that was a problem. Even when the cleaning lady translated it to him het kept on yelling. Then suddenly demanded €15 for parking my motorbike. I felt I had to leave, he scared me. If you Google his name you get a list of reviews by people who had the same experience. So why would booking.com want such people.

Read First!! We booked one night at this hotel, which was advertised as a self-check-in accommodation. The host sent us a video explaining how to access the room, saying the key would be inside the lockbox and providing the code to open it. Everything seemed straightforward, so we decided to arrive a little later in the evening. When we got there, we opened the lockbox using the provided code — but it was completely empty. The room key was nowhere inside. We searched everywhere around the area in case it had fallen out, but it was clear the key had never been placed there. We repeatedly called and messaged the host for help, but there was no response for hours. By the time he finally replied, it was almost midnight, and we had no choice but to book another hotel because we were worried no places would still accept guests that late at night. Thankfully, we found another hotel willing to accommodate us. Imagine how much worse this situation would have been if we didn’t have a car and had to walk around late at night carrying luggage. What made the experience even more frustrating was the host’s response afterward. Instead of apologizing for the missing key and lack of communication, he blamed us for arriving “past check-in time.” But how is that our fault when this was supposed to be a self-check-in property and the key was simply not in the lockbox as instructed? We even sent him a video clearly showing the empty lockbox. He later said he could have come over if we wanted him to, but by the time he finally responded, we had already left to secure another place to stay. We were not going to wait outside indefinitely late at night hoping he might eventually show up. I requested a refund due to the situation, but he refused. He though offer a night to stay but we literally needed one night for a reason. So i still insisted for the refund of the unused accomodation, but he only seen it and ignore. Overall, this was a very stressful and disappointing experience.
