la mancanza di servizi nell'angolo cottura (pentolame, ecc.) e di piccola cortesia come una bottiglia d'acqua e una macchina per caffè ormai presente in tutti i b&b e/o case vacanza.

Very great stay .

Place in the Center and easy for everything. So good .. with in the budget.. 💪❤️

Close to the historic center

There was no soap, almost no toilet paper and dirty conditions in both the room and bathroom. There was mould next to the bed as well as in the bathroom and we found long black hair everywhere. When my boyfriend brought up our concerns to the host, he said in Italian that we didn’t pay enough to be complaining so much (I speak Italian so I understood it). He also took almost 24 hours to bring us soap, so we were left without it, and he justified it with the fact that “we booked last minute”. However, we don’t feel like that is a justification for dirty conditions and no proper basic amenities. Furthermore our booking said that there would be a shared kitchen, which was the only reason we chose it over a different place, and upon arrival he texted me that it doesn’t exist and I am confused, even though I shared the screenshots with him.

Centrale è pulita.

Pulizia complessiva, piccoli dettagli che potevano rendere l'esperienza ottima (tavoletta del water spaccata, porta d'ingresso con la maniglia quasi staccata e le viti a vista, il porta rotoli divelto).

Unica pecca non c’era sapone per mani o doccia…..
