L'host della struttura molto disponibile e gentile, la posizione è perfetta per raggiungere tutti i punti di Orvieto e tornare nel caso uno si voglia riposare. L'alloggio era pulito e non mancava nulla.

Un po' difficile da raggiungere in caso di chiusura delle strade per manifestazioni cittadine

Nonostante ci fosse tutta l'attrezzatura per cucinare, non c'era nessun genere di prima necessità, come olio, sale, zucchero, qualche bustina di tè. Sarebbe stato carino trovare almeno una bottiglietta d'acqua nel frigo.
