La posizione centrale è praticamente il fiore all'occhiello di questa sistemazione, in quanto l'auto diventa fortunatamente un ricordo. Tutto quello che c'è da visitare ad Orvieto si trova a pochi piacevoli passi. Le attrazioni costano davvero poco e con un'unica card è possibile anche ammortizzare considerevolmente il costo totale.

L'appartamento non è eccessivamente pulito e non si trova in una posizione tranquilla. Il giovedì ed il sabato fanno il mercato,ragione per cui cominciano a fare rumore dalle 6:00 del mattino e non essendo possibile fare rimanere in sosta l'auto, la sera precedente si deve spostare in qualche altro luogo.
