Casa vacanza dei Greci

The communication with the owner was very good. Super easy check in. We had everything we needed and more. The AC was great, the place was really clean. There are multiple grocery stores in walking distance. In Casa dei Greci you can cook your own dinner. Also they have a coffee machine on capsules and we loved our morning espresso.

Everything was excellent.

I don't write reviews too often, but this time I feel compelled to share our experience. We visit Barletta 1-2 times per year and usually stay at familiar places. However, due to last-minute plans during the high season, we ended up booking a place without much research. 1. Location: The hotel is conveniently close to the historical center, yet situated on a quiet street. There are various amenities nearby, including cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and a laundromat.

1. Bed Issues: Unfortunately, the bed was broken, and I had to fix it three times during our one-week stay. 2. Unexpected Charges: Despite our booking explicitly covering two adults and one child, we were charged an additional 20 euros for bed linens for our daughter. Attempts to negotiate with the host were unsuccessful. 3. Lack of Room Cleaning: Unlike other places in Barletta, there was no room cleaning service. Guests are responsible for managing their own garbage, with specific days assigned for different types of waste. 4. Despite the hotel's promotion, there is no breakfast. Instead, we found several (subpar) coffee capsules and a few snacks—barely enough for two days.

The location was great - 5 minutes on foot from the old town, there were a couple of grocery stores within 5 minutes of walking as well, and the owner was very accommodating and friendly! The property was clean, and overall left a good impression.

The mattress is not very comfortable and there are no regular windows, but I was mostly out and about so it did not cause much trouble.

The renovation of the property was superb…it modernised it yet enhanced the history of the property.

Excellent room with all the necessary facilities and so many details in interior (flowers, colours, etc.). Easy check-in without assistance from the personnell.

The place is an easy walk to the station. It is clean and quite. Everything worked. The lockbox was convenient.

The ground apartment open directly onto the street, and there is no clear window to the outside.
