The host Maria provided excellent personalised services, she is quick to resolve our queries and went the extra mile to run through every aspect of the facilities in person and she also provided the city map for us to move around. She also helped us to get our bags to the room during check in and out. She accommodated early check in as we arrive at about 10am.. that made us at ease to maximise the day for outing. Since she had a provision shop, we could get our stuffs from there to cook. She also provided a high class coffee machine and coffee and tea capsules which were impressive. In addition she provided water and soft drinks to welcome us . She also provided, oil for cooking. The next highlight is that this appartment has washing machine which saved my cost where i could do my own laundry and the clothings dried by next morning even though it’s winter as there was wind to dry it. The location too is great as it just next door to the main train station, bus stops and shopping areas.. Lastly, the appartment is spacious, clean and cosy… I felt at home as the host made me feel so comfortable. Thanks to Maria and her great service. I would strongly recommend this appartment at Agrigento…
