Apartment was lovely - clean, beautiful, tastefully decorated and laid out. It was easy to access by a wide set of outdoor stairs and had a nice outdoor seating area. The rooms were plenty big, the bedding comfortable, and everything felt clean and modern.

This was likely an issue just with our stay and with our particular goals for the apartment, but the communication with the host was challenging and we weren't able to access the apartment until after 7:30pm. There was a once-a-year carnival happening in the town and the streets to the apartment were blocked. While this wasn't the host's fault, the host told us about the carnival for the first time at 8:30am on the day we were driving 4hrs to arrive. When we told them our arrival window, the host said it was fine. However, it wasn't fine! When we texted our exact arrival time (2hrs before arrival), we didn't hear from the host until 5mins before our arrival time, asking us to come 1hr later. However, we weren't able to access the apartment until 2hrs later! It was particularly frustrating because we spent the first hour driving around looking for parking, when we should have left the town immediately and found a place for dinner. We had planned to cook dinner at the apartment and had bought special groceries, but we have young children and ended up having to drive to another town to go to dinner because there was no parking anywhere and the noise was incredibly overwhelming to all of us, especially the kids. Needless to say, it was particularly stressful as we were driving around, trying to find parking, when the host threatened to cancel the reservation because we asked for a credit for dinner/groceries. FWIW: the only question we asked the host before booking was about onsite parking as we were using this apartment as a transit stay after a week of skiing in the Dolomites. Our goals were to repack our bags, have a home cooked meal, a quiet night's stay, and be able to get to the airport easily in the morning. Given that three of these particular goals weren't met, it was rather disappointing way to end our trip.

The rooms are all good sized. The apartment has been finished to a very high quality. Everything was working. The kitchen is well equipped and the living/dining area is large and comfortable. The bedrooms are large and the beds comfortable. Air con made the hot weather much more conmfrotable. The apartment is in a quiet district but only 5 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants. The Train is about 10 minutes away with easy connection to Venice, Mestre, Padua etc.

Very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Location is great: close by the train station to Santa Lucia and plenty of restaurants and a big grocery store. I recommend this place!

Apartment is a bit noisy for my taste. Only one A/C unit in the hallway. It works well and cools down the place but when it’s very hot ( as was the case when we were there), it’s not quite enough. None of those comments would prevent me from coming back, though. The place is great.

Great owners, very friendly and helpful. :) The are is perfect if you would like to travel all around in the Venice region. The flat is perfect, well equiped and spacious even for a bigger family, and the own parking space is a luxury! ;)

No such thing. It is really good!

The apartment was cosy, spacious and well designed. Kitchen very well equipped. There is a parking place for the car. It is located near to the city center where you may find many restaurans and a superstore. Very close to the train station to Venice. We were there with 2 families with kids and felt really comfortable. We trully recommend :)
