Zentral gelegen, sehr sauber und nette Vermieter.

Irreführende Beschreibung. Es ist die Rede von „Häusern“. Es handelt sich aber um Wohnungen (effektiv nur ein Haus). Ist aber „Fehler“ von Booking. Badezimmer in unserer Wohnung sehr eng, Wäsche kann nur im Gemeinschaftsbereich aufgehängt werden (oder in der Wohnung).

"A perfect accommodation for Tuscany region!"

This was one of the best accommodations I have been to. The host were perfect. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the top sight seeing destinations. The house is situated between olive tree fields. It's perfect. The pool is magnificent. Apartment was fully equipped and air conditioned in all rooms. And not to forget the terrace with a view. You have to have a dinner on that terrace. Everything was thought of. For example each apartment has it's own designated table with a number on the terrace. There is even an ice machine on the terrace and everything required for mosquito repellent. Do not forget to buy the fantastic olive oil produced by the owners of the house.

Another of our favorite accommodations. It is one of the places we will return to someday. The narrow access road provides an experience, but once you get there... you don't want to leave. See you in the near future

"Calm & beautiful Tuscan villa"

A lovely and tastefully furnished flat with a beautiful garden and pool area. Donatella and Giovanni are wonderful hosts, we enjoyed our stay a lot and can highly recommend the Podere Il Quadro.

"Exceptional"

We stayed in the new, modern and spacious 2 bedroom apartment. There are 2 additional apartments in the complex. Our daughters enjoyed the pool. Also a lot of space and table in the terrace with beautiful views. Friendly hosts. The location is a good base for exploring Toscana: about an hour to Pisa and Lucca, hour and 20 minutes to Siena, Vinci - about 10 minutes. Supermarket and restaurants - 5 minutes.

Not related directly to owners, but the last 500 meters of the road could be in better condition, wider and better lit in the darkness.
