Exceeded expectations

Faustino was wonderful, she spent lots of time to make sure we are comfortable, her place is combination of new architecture and 9th century architecture which was amazing. I and my wife loved it and we recommend it 100%.

The location was great! Close to town but also quiet. All the amenities and overall vibe of the house was lovely. The beds were very comfy and the bedroom is stunning! The hosts were very helpful.

The bathroom isn’t on the same level as the bedroom which is a little hard in the middle of the night. We didn’t realise there were internal stairs to the bathroom from the bedroom.

Beautiful home in the centre of Monopoli. The details and finish of the property were lovely. The terrace is a bonus.

Nothing - overall excellent!

The Palazzo is indeed like a small palace. The three floors are perfect to spend the time either on the rooftop, sleeping or eating/cooking. It's spacious, and perfectly located in the city, directly behind the church. Small bakeries, butchers, cafe's, good restaurants are all in walking distance. The bathrooms are perfectly equipped, well done, and clean.

A really small detail, but one to be aware of is that the places are built to be cool in the summer, meaning reduced number of windows and sunlight in the lower floor - but again that was on purpose when they built the places. I wouldn't consider it a reason not to book, but a good to know, that's why I state it.
