The space was very clean and was great for a couple. Our host was very friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal.

There was nothing that I did not like about this location.

Everything was perfect! This apartment is strategically located beside the “Sassi” surrounded by restaurants shops bars.. it’s cozy and comfy. Host Mr. Vito facilitated our check-in late in the evening. He’s extremely nice and helpful with good few tips that made our journey perfect. He also allowed us to leave our bags after checking out! Thank you very much for your hospitality and flexibility. We will be back 🤗

Perfect location - just a minutes walk to fabulous panoramic view and a piazza. Walkable to train - Matera Sud. Very comfortable! Host responsive and gave us insight into the area. Highly recommend

Vito met us, despite our late arrival. Introduced the apartments to us and told us about the city, places to visit, where to eat cheaper and buy products. In a few words, the location is 10/10. The area where the apartments are located is very quite during all 24h, despite being extremely close to the city centre. (it takes 1 minute on foot to get to the most popular panorama view on Sassi de Matera). Also this is the point where the street which splits old town and Sassi de Matera starts(you will see there a lot of restaurants) Apartments has everything what we needed, but there was no iron. I asked Vito in advance if it is possible to bring it, and he brought the iron without problems. Perfect place to stay in Matera!

We loved it! Vito, the owner, is a top host! Perfect size for 2 and key location! Highly recommended.
