The location Is very convenient, the owner is very friendly and helpful, there is a very rich selection offered for breakfast and the cosy apartment is spot clean

Das Apartment ist etwas problematisch für größere Menschen, da die Höhe der Türen ca 1,8 Meter beträgt. An- und Abfahrt mit dem Auto und Parken sind herausfordernd, da das Apartment mitten in der historischen Altstadt liegt.

Maria's apartment felt like my home. it had everything! She gave out sweets and breakfast and some fruits. She was one of the friendliest people I ve met. She also gave information about Enna and places of interest. Recommended

Maria was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to visit. She was flexible, allowing me to store my baggage till later on the day I left.

The bedroom and en suite are both slightly small but are perfectly usable.

Helpful host when we complained

The apartment is VERY VERY small, and very basic. Finding it was a nightmare, even with the photos the Host sent. Bizarrely the address is listed on a street, but the location is tucked away up an alley, so it's super easy to not find it. Parking is described as "provided", hmm IF you have a car the size of a postage stamp, with a gearbox/driver happy with REALLY narrow and steep street. I parked there once where directed, and was petrified i would not be able to get back up the hill. In the end i reversed up as it was a lower gear! Property would be better to advise use of the Park & Ride at bottom of hill, and then walk. Heating was inadequate as only provided externally for 2 hours 8-10pm each day. We kept warm in evenings by having the cooker on. It was unpleasant waking up to a cold bedroom, so we eventually complained. There is virtually no natural light to the apartment so it feels very oppressive after a few days. We moved as it got too much after a while. There is no comfortable seating area, only the chairs at dining table. No external area except the steep alley. No wardrobe in bedroom at all I've NEVER seen a smaller kitchen, unbelievable it's legal. The gas oven/hob were a nightmare to light using a lighter. Grill didn't work at all. The hair on my fingers is now growing back. I know Italians only drink coffee out of thimbles, but the coffee maker was only for 1, when it was a 2 person apartment. After we complained we were given a much more suitable machine. No kettle until we complained. No usable scissors, no sharp knives, not enough cutlery, no dinner plates. No wine glasses, only shots size. No mugs only tiny tiny cups.
