"Sehr schönes Ferienhaus fast direkt am See, alles prima bis auf die Heizkosten"

Tolle Lage fast direkt am See, sehr ruhig, sehr freundlicher Vermieter, alles in allem ein schönes Ferienhaus und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Sehr praktisch für Hundebesitzer ist auch, dass das Grundstück eingezäunt ist, man den Hund also im Garten laufen lassen kann.

Wir fanden den Preis für die Zuzahlung zur Heizung ziemlich unangemessen. Obwohl wir nur 3 Tage dort waren (Abreisetag nicht mitgezählt, da waren die Heizkörper aus) haben wir 50 € für die Heizkosten zahlen müssen. Dazu kommt dass wir im ganzen Haus nur 3 Heizkörper überhaupt zeitweise genutzt haben: Die Heizkörper in den Schlafzimmern waren überhaupt nicht an, wir haben nur zwei Heizkörper tagsüber (im Vorbau und im unteren Wohnzimmer) und eine dauerhaft im Bad genutzt und trotzdem 50 € für 3 Tage! Mann stelle sich vor, man ist 14 Tage dort :O Im Sommer ok, gerne wieder, aber in der Heiz-Saison würden wir nicht mehr hinfahren.

Aussergewöhnlich freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns sogar kostenlos Holz zum Heizen zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Er war sowohl bei unserer Ankunft als auch bei der Abreise überpünktlich zur Stelle, vielen Dank Mattia!

Mir fällt dazu nichts ein, es war nur ungewöhnlich kalt für Ende März/Anfang April
