Very clean and tidy, plenty of space for a family.

Shared garden, but it was still lovely and our neighbours kept themselves to themselves, but we were more conscious about our kids being noisy for the couple.

Perfect location and very close walking distance to the beach. The place was comfortable and very clean. Alberto also made sure were all set when checking in, welcoming us hospitably and making sure everything was going well. We had a short one-night stay, but if I ever get a chance to come visit Carloforte again... this is definitely the place to be! :)

Shower didn't stay hot.

"Fabulous stay in Carloforte"

Lovely spacious apartment within a Villa, fully equipped and comfortable. 2 double beds and 2 baths with kitchen and sitting area. Terrace outside and BBQ area. Plenty of parking. Location is excellent being 300m from La Caletta beach (path can be tricky). Alberto and Elsa provided us with ample info to ensure a fabulous stay.

Lots of space both in and around the property. Excellent location, very close to the beach. Well equipped kitchen. Very private. We stayed at a number of properties on our mini tour of Sardinia, Villa La Caletta had one of the most comfortable beds
