The location was great, very close to the castle and town centre. The hosts were very helpful and responded to our queries quickly.

Hosts tried very hard but were unable to get the wood burner going consistently; they gave us a small electric heater, and we had one of our own. The rugs could do with a good clean, in our opinion. Thanks.

Very clean and well located. Call city in winter. The flat was little bit dark in winter but must be so fresh during summer

Great location, close to castle and churches. The place had all the basics.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was no bottled water. The fridge wasn't turned on and didn't seem to work. The bed sheets were ripped.

Delighted and helpful host who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Generous stock of food we could have used in an emergency. Facilities were as described and parking outside was very easy. A short walk to the castle and caves.

Living area compact but this was not a problem for us as we were out all day
