Color Apartment

I loved the apartment-could live there. It had everything we needed for 4 days stay. Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfy) big bed in master room and two singles in the bedroom). There was also a sofa bed that we didn't use and probably a single chair bed in master. The decor was so consistent and calming. Not much daylight but I guess it's a blessing when temperatures are very high. Plenty space, amazing covered terrace, ensuite in master bedroom. Easy communication with the cos through WhatsApp. I could just keep going... We had great time there. Can't wait to go back.

We arrived around 8pm and had to collect keys from box outside the office which is not so close to the apartment. Loved the location, although finding parking space on Saturday at 8pm was quite a challenge. We had to walk 15 min with pram, bags and suitcases. Cars are not allowed on that street. We had problem with wifi, but I guess that's fixed by now. Flush in the en suite toilet wasn't working and water in the shower was quite cold. We have reported it, I guess that will be taken care of. It didn't spoil our time there. It was perfect.

it was very easy to find, and the apartment is great.

that it is spacious and in a great location - in the center of the Old town.

there were few basics that were missing for example knives (table knives there were none and only 2 steak knives to be used) , toilet paper (not enough for two families and only in one bathroom the toilet paper was provided), there was only a night lamp in the second bedroom.

Great location Great size

The apartment has a few minuses, that after fixing them the apartment would be great: We are traveling light, so washing machine is a "must have" and they didn't inform us that it's broken. There are 2 showers, but only 1 of them has hot water. Less important, but with the previous points spoiled the stay, is a broken T.V remote control; having to ask for a shower towel for 1 member of the family; no place in the shower to put the soap; very slow internet. If you aren't traveling light, you should know that there is no elevator and a lot of stairs.

Location, spacious apartment

The apartment gave us a lot of trouble. Whenever we turned on any electrical appliance like oven or dishwasher the electricity trips and shuts off. Response rate by hosts were slow and we had to keep asking for basic amenities that were not provided eg dishwashing liquid and toilet paper. Sinks were leaking and washing machine broken even though the listing says there is one. Hosts could do better with maintaining this property.
