Wonderful place to stay while exploring the main attractions. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials. The garden is beautiful and perfect for relaxing after a day out. Roberto was a fantastic host - friendly and attentive. It’s the small, thoughtful details that truly made our stay so pleasant and memorable. Highly recommended.

Great home. Spacious and clean. Anna was very easy to communicate with and responsive. This was a beautiful home in the country. In response to some of the reviews here— note the last 400m is dirt/ bumpy road with no lights, which you’d expect for an opportunity to stay in this beautiful countryside home. Just recommend you arrive the first time in daylight so you find your way.. after that, it’s no big deal!

Wonderful, very spacious, authentic Tuscan house, located in the middle of nature. Spectacular view of the Tuscan hills. It is an oasis of peace and relaxation. I really liked the old furniture and the way the house is decorated. It is very easy to get to Montepulciano. Pleasant welcome, friendly host.

The location is dreamlike in the middle of Tuscany, on a hill in an old farmhouse. The owner lives there but the apartment has a separate entrance, fenced garden and a wonderful view towards Montepulciano, which is 15 minute drive away from the location. It has a fully equipped kitchen and there are supermarkets 4-5 km away in the nearest villages. We received wine on the house and Roberto offered us precious tips where to go and what to see. There is a talking cat coming every morning for a chat, birds and lots of shade in the garden. Safe parking for the car.

Nothing but maybe a warning for the people who come by car there's about a kilometer of gravel road and a pretty sharp curve on the right just as you enter the property.

The host was very understanding about check-in - we arrived late at night, and they were there to meet us. They bought some groceries for us to be able to have breakfast next morning. the place is very rustic but also spacious and has its own small garden. the hosts were open with suggestions of what to see and overall totally friendly. we loved old furniture and decorations in the room, everything was picked up with taste and thoughtfulness

I think the fridge is quite old and is not too good with cooling. also, we did not cook at home, but I noticed there were not a lot pans and generally not well equipped for that. yet, I'm sure our hosts would share some cookware with us, if only we had asked them, they were very open to any requests. I also found the road to the place quite challenging, especially with a rented car.

Beautiful old and vintage country house with amaizing view. Very close to all main points of Tuscany besicaly in the middle of Tuscany.
