Great location, close to the Old town as well as train station. Appartament was clean and overall very nice.
Appartament is not 45 or 40m2 as suggested in booking.com. It was around 25-30m2. I assume area of terrace is included, but that is not quite accurate as terrace is shared between two appartaments.
