Great welcome by the owner. A very nice and helpful man who likes to tell all the great places to visit. The house is perfect with a small garden. The beautiful beach is a short drive away.

"Good stay for Sabaudia beach"

Very nice garden! Access to a waking distance nice swimming pool. Quiet good location but need a car. Sabaudia beach is one of the best in Italy. Very nice and helpful host!

Beds and pillows should be better quality. Kitchen could be better equipped. There is a general issue with garbage disposal as city council collects only once a week and there is no large bin.

The house was very clean, new appliances, nice showers and the hosts were very helpful, with restaurant and points of interest tips.

There was an extra fee for sheets - 5 euros per person that could have been detailed in the property description before we booked it.
